NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Fresh and Wild Limited to Westminster City Council on 15th September 2025 in respect of premises located at Queensway Court, Queensway, London, W2 4QN for a new premises licence pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application is: 1. To permit the sale of alcohol by retail from 08:00am to 22:00pm on Mondays to Saturdays and 12:00pm to 18:00pm on Sundays. 2. To permit opening hours from 08:00am to 22:00pm on Mondays to Saturdays and 12:00pm to 18:00pm on Sundays. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, SW1E 6QP, where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website https://www.westminster.gov.uk.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the abovementioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 14th October 2025, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
