Notice is hereby given that Kita Fast Food T/A Morley’s, has applied to the London Borough of Islington on 13th September 2025 for the grant of a New Premises Licence to use the premises at Morley’s, 197 Holloway Road, London, N7 8DJ for: The provision of Late-Night Refreshment Sunday 23:00 to 02:00, Monday to Wednesday 23:00 to 03:00, Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 04:00
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 11th October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR or email to: licensing@islington.gov.uk
The register can be viewed online by visiting www.islington.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
