What is proposed?

VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Section 34, Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given by Gellifawr LLP t/a Gellifawr Woodland Retreat that, on the 16th September 2025, an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises Gellifawr Woodland Retreat, Pontfaen, Fishguard.

The variation relates to:

  1. Change of plan to include external area for sale of alcohol until 2300

  2. Amended start times for licensable activities to begin at 1030

  3. Removal of seasonal variations

  4. Addition of Late Night Refreshment

Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to the Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest. SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk

Representations must be submitted by 14th October 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.

The above application can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangement or on the council’s website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
