Brief description of the proposed application:

The application seeks authorisation for the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment at Halton Royal British Legion.

The proposed licensed premises will operate as a community-focused venue, offering a safe and welcoming environment for the local community.

The licence will cover activities including the supply of alcohol for consumption on/off the premises, provision of live and recorded music, and hosting of community events, subject to statutory hours and conditions designed to promote the licensing objectives of prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and protection of children from harm.
