Variation Of Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Dwayne N Jones has applied in respect of 35 East Hill, Colchester CO1 2QX, for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, to allow for: Fridays & Saturdays on Themed event nights ONLY extended opening hours until 02:00hrs

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 13th October 2025, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment ONLY between 10:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online: http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
