VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
APPLICANT: DANIEL SOLOMON PREMISES: SUNSHINE RESTAURANT, 41 GALLOWGATE, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE NE1 4SG
NOTICE is given that an application has been made to vary a premises licence in accordance with a submitted plan. The changes include subdividing the unit at the ground floor with the restaurant on the right hand side, a food emporium on the left hand side. On the first floor there remains a function/ events room. All conditions at Annex 2 are to be removed and replaced with a new set of conditions to cover how the premises is to operate. There are no changes to the hours, and the only change to licensable activities is that the supply of alcohol will include off sales. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk Representations must be received by 20th October 2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed at http://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
