LICENSING ACT 2003, Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Seoul & Tokyo Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence for Seoul & Tokyo at Unit 4&5 Botanic Square, 9 & 11 Botanic Avenue, Square Gardens, First Street South, Manchester, M15 6AJ.

The proposed application is for the provision of the sale of alcohol On and Off the premises on Mondays to Sundays from 10:00 to 23:00.

The electronic premises licensing register is currently unavailable, a copy of the register is available for inspection on request, please email premises. licensing@manchester.gov.uk to make an appointment to view between 9am-5pm at the Licensing Unit, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Manchester. M2 5DB.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 21st October 2025 stating the ground for making said representation to: Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, Manchester M60 2LA.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such offence.
