APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied to Erewash Borough Council in respect of Nags Head Cross Street Enderby LE19 4NJ for a variation to the premises licence under the LicensingAct 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 3690-60 – Sep’25). The change consists of permitting the use of an outbuilding within the external area for the sale of alcohol until 22:00h on any day, with an external bar servery shown on the plan. To also permit recorded music to be played externally (until 22:00h on any day), as per the area hatched in blue on the accompanying plan. 

To add conditions in which to further promote the licensing objectives.

All operating hours, licensable activities and remaining conditions authorised by the premises licence are to remain unchanged. During office hours arrangements may be made for the Licensing Register to be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Blaby District Council, Council Offices, Desford Road, Narborough, Leicestershire, LE19 2EP (www.blaby.gov.uk).

The last date for representations relating to this application is the end of 17th October 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
