NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

To Be Frank NQ Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for To Be Frank (Formerly Another Heart To Feed), 10 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1JF as follows: 
To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and late-night refreshment until 2:30am daily and to include the provision of regulated entertainment (live and recorded music) between the hours of 10am and 2.30am daily. Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester. gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 16 October 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
