NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

To Be Frank NQ Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for To Be Frank (Formerly Another Heart To Feed), 10 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1JF as follows: 
To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and late-night refreshment until 2:30am daily and to include the provision of regulated entertainment (live and recorded music) between the hours of 10am and 2.30am daily.
