To whom it may concern: I/We Vintage Brewery UK Ltd Do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Spelthorne Borough Council for a Premises License at Unit 2A, Littleton House, Littleton Road, Ashford, Middlesex, TW15 1UU and known as Vintage Brewery UK Ltd
The application is to:- Permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for online orders fulfilled via couriers. No members of the public will be allowed on site.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines TW18 1XB or by email to environmental.health.commercial@spelthorne.gov.uk not later than 13th October 2025.
Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines, during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
