What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that Stephen Cresswell and Lisa Cresswell have applied for a Full Variation to a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The Angels Micro Pub, 29-30 Market Place, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1FZ.
It is proposed to extend 29 Market Place, Belper into the neighbouring property at number 30 and update the premises licence plan. All licensing activities and timings to remain as per existing licence. Removal of repetitive conditions also requested.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3XE between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or online at www.ambervalley.gov.uk/licensing This application was lodged with Amber Valley Borough Council Licensing Authority on 19/09/2025 and any representation must be made in writing to Amber Valley Borough Council at the above address or via licensing@ambervalley.gov.uk no later than 17/10/2025 being 28 days from the date of application.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
