What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Application has been made by Insomnia Cookies (UK) Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bristol City Council for a Premises Licence for the Insomnia Cookies at 27-29 College Green, Bristol. BS1 5TB. 

The application includes the following terms: 1. To authorise Late Night Refreshment both indoors and outdoors between 23:00 and 03:00 hours, seven days a week. Record of the application may be inspected at Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00am to 5.00pm, or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk.

Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 15 October 2025 such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team, PO Box 3300, Bristol, BS1 9LN or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited. Dated this: 17 September 2025
