Notice Of Application For The Renewal of a
Sexual Entertainment Venue Licence

Take notice that on 23 September 2025, TRL Promotions
Ltd Of 10 York Place, Leeds LS1 2DS made an application
to Leeds City Council for the renewal of its Sexual
Entertainment Venue Licence to use the following Premises
for sexual entertainment, namely pole dancing, stage
striptease, and fully nude lapdancing at: Liberte, 10 York
Place, Leeds, LS1 2DS. The hours of operation of the
Premises will be from 22:00 to 04:00 the following morning
Sunday to Thursday, and from 22:00 to 05:00 the following
morning Friday and Saturday as per the existing SEV
Licence. The application also seeks an amendment to
condition 14 of the licence to reduce SIA provision to
1 x SIA Sunday to Thursday and 2 x SIA Friday and
Saturday with additional SIA on a risk assessed basis. Any
objections to the application shall be made not later than
21 October 2025 which is 28 days after the above date of
the application. Objections must be made in writing, stating
in general terms the grounds for objection to: Entertainment
Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds
LS1 1UR or

objections will be sent to the applicant and will become
