What is proposed?
NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
An application has been made by Aruna Traders Ltd, to Carlisle City Council (the Licensing Authority), for a Premises Licence in respect of 111-113 Denton Street, Denton Holme, Carlisle, CA2 5EH to allow the following activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol – On and Off the Premises (incl delivery)
Monday to Sunday: 06:00 to 23:30hrs
Any person wishing to make relevant representations must do so in writing, stating the grounds for objecting, within 28 days from the notice date below.

Representations must be received no later than 06/10/2025.
The full application can be viewed online via the Council website: https://www.carlisle.gov.uk/Business/Licences-and-Permits or at the given address between the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is unlimited.
