What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 Premises Licence Variation Application 

Notice is hereby given that Lodestar Events Ltd has applied to East Cambridgeshire District Council to vary the premises licence at the following premises: TR Events, Sunnyridge Farm, 10 Mill Road, Lode, Cambridge CB25 9EN 

1. The application seeks to vary the licence from the current licence which restricts to 28 events between the dates 1st December to 10th January annually to a period of 28 days use over the entire calendar year. 

2. To remove conditions 1-7 under annex 2 

3. To replace conditions removed with updated versions, to amend and add conditions in line with the application. 

4. To extend licensable activity to 0130 hours (licensed music will be conditioned to reduce in volume from 2300 hours) 

5. To amend the floor plan/event area (so that dependent on the event, it can vary in size and move further from residential premises) 

Any person wishing to make a representation to this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section, East Cambridgeshire District Council, The Grange, Nutholt Lane, Ely, Cambridgeshire CB7 4EE by 20/10/2025 

The application can be viewed, by appointment, at the council offices during normal office hours (Monday to Thursday 0845 to 1700 and Friday 0845 to 1630) or on the councils website www.eastcambs.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine)
