Notice of Application for a new Premises Licence Notice ND Supermarket LTD is hereby given that an application has been made to the: Licensing Team, Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6YL (01483 743831 or licensing@woking.gov.uk ) being the relevant Licensing Authority for the grant of a premises licence as detailed below.

Address of the premises to which the application will apply:  ND Supermarket  7 Dartmouth Avenue  Woking  GU21 5PD 
Licensable activities applied for the sale of alcohol to be consumed off the premise  Monday to Saturday – 7:00– 23:00  Sunday – 8:00 – 22:00 
Written representations in respect of the application must be received by the Licensing Authority (as detailed above) by 21.10.2025, being 28 days following the day the application was served on the relevant bodies. 
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and carries a maximum fine of £5000.
