Notice of application for a variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited, have applied to Birmingham City Council on 16th September 2025 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Old House at Home, 193 Lordswood Road, Birmingham, B17 8QP.
To vary the hours for sale of alcohol by retail from 09:00am daily. Remove/amend conditions, for details please refer to the application form.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 14th October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Birmingham City Council, Licensing Section, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Birmingham City Council, Licensing Section, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or email licensing@birmingham.gov.uk
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
