NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that McDonald’s Restaurants
Limited has applied to Erewash Borough Council for the
Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: McDonalds,
Exhibition Way, Stanton by Dale, DE7 4RZ. The nature of
the premises licence application is for the licensable
activities listed below: Late-night refreshment - Monday to
Sunday 23:00-05:00. Opening hours - Monday to Sunday
05:00-05:00 (24/7). Full details of the application can be
viewed at Erewash Borough Council, Civic Centre, Derby
Road, Long Eaton, Derbyshire NG10 1HU during office
hours. (www.erewash.gov.uk). Any person who wishes to
make any representations regarding this application should
submit their comments in writing to the above address, no
later than 15th October 2025.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application. A person is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement
be made.
