Notice Of Application To Grant A Premises Licence

Premises: The MegaCentre Rayleigh 7, Brook Road, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7UT.

Notice is given that The MegaCentre Rayleigh has applied to the Licensing Authority to grant the Premises License under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application is for providing a modern social experience for adults. The venue will feature Augmented Reality Darts, shuffleboard, and live sports screenings. The aim is to create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment where friends and families can come together for interactive entertainment and refreshments. Licensable Activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:00 - Midnight. Provision of Regulated Entertainment Monday - Sunday - 11:00 - Midnight.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Unit, Rochford District Council, 3-19 South Street, Rochford, SS4 1BW or https://www.rochford.gov.uk/licensing-applications. Representations must be received within 28 days of the date of this Notice.
