What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that 54A Tooting High Street Ltd in respect of Premises known as And Then Tooting (form. London Cocktail Bars Limited), Rooftop & Part 1st Floor, 54 Tooting High Street, London, SW17 0RN applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Wandsworth) for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To vary the premises licence to extend the terminal hour for sale of alcohol (on sales), recorded music (indoors & outdoors) and Late-night refreshment (indoors & outdoors) to 02:00 Fridays and Saturdays and to extend the terminal hour for opening to 02:30 Friday and Saturdays. All other licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and conditions to remain as existing. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Servicing Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by e-mail licensing@merton.gov.uk no later than 9th October 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Wandsworth Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours by prior appointment Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) between 10.00am and 4.00pm or on the council’s website – www.Wandsworth.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
