Notice of Application for Grant/Variation of Premises Licence/ Club Premises Certificate
Take notice that I/We Todmorden Town Council have applied to Calderdale Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant/variation of a premises licence/ club premises certificate in respect of premises known as Todmorden Bandstand, Centre Vale Park for provision of films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, supply of alcohol, Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 22:00.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 15th of October 2025. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
