What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that We, The Victoria Leeds Ltd have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: The Victoria & Commercial, 28 Great George Street, Leeds LS1 3DL. We intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: Sale by retail of alcohol - Alcohol sold for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Wednesday 10:00 - 00:00, Thursday to Saturday 10:00 – 02:00 the following day, Sunday 10:00 – 00:00. Exhibition of a film - Activity will take place indoors: Monday to Wednesday 10:00 - 00:00, Thursday to Saturday 10:00 – 02:00 the following day, Sunday 10:00 – 00:00. Performance of recorded music - Activity will take place indoors: Monday to Wednesday 10:00 - 00:00, Thursday to Saturday 10:00 – 02:00 the following day, Sunday 10:00 – 00:00. Provision of late night refreshment - Activity will take place indoors: Monday to Wednesday 23:00 - 00:00, Thursday to Saturday 23:00 – 02:00 the following day, Sunday 23:00 – 00:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Wednesday 10:00 - 00:30 the following day, Thursday to Saturday 10:00 – 02:30 the following day, Sunday 10:00 - 00:30 the following day.
