NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Food Warehouse, Unit 1A Teesbay Retail Park,
Hartlepool, TS25 1XA. Notice is given that Iceland Foods
Limited have applied to the Hartlepool Borough Council
Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the
Licensing Act 2003. The retail sale of alcohol off the
premises Monday to Sunday: 00:00 – 23:59. Anyone who
wishes to make representations regarding this application
must give notice in writing by Monday 13th October 2025
to the Licensing Section, Hartlepool Borough Council,
Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8AY.
