West End Discount Ltd is applying to vary the
Premises Licence for Premier, 32 Regent Road,
Morcambe LA3 1QN.
The application is to: Sell alcohol by retail from
Monday- Sunday from 06.00hrs -00.00hrs.
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations on this application in writing
to the Licensing Manager, Lancaster City Council,
Morecambe Town Hall, Marine Road, Morecambe,
LA4 5AF, or by email to:

offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to
Friday or at the Council’s website –

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
a person doing so may be liable to a fine on
conviction of up to £5,000.
