NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Common Cause Community Interest Company, The Dispensary, 25 Skinner Street, Whitby YO21 3AH.
Notice is given that James Fearnley Common Cause Community Interest Company has applied to North Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: For the off sale and limited ad hoc consumption of Beer Wine & Spirits on these premises. Also ad hoc organised events that may involve the onsite consumption of alcohol.
