Notice of Application to apply for a Premises Licence made under the Licensing Act 2003

Please take notice that we, the London Borough of Merton Have made application to the London Borough Of Merton to apply for a Premises Licence in respect of: Vestry Hall, 336 – 338 London Road, Mitcham CR4 3UD

For the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. Sale of alcohol to be authorised for pre-booked community events and meetings, private parties, seasonal markets, Wedding Ceremonies, Wedding Receptions, and Wedding Fairs only. Off-sales limited to Seasonal Markets and Wedding Fairs only. Off-sales not permitted after 2000hrs. Proposed hours of Operation: Pre-booked events only. Sale of Alcohol 1100hrs to 2300hrs, Monday to Sunday. Premises Open 0900hrs to 2300hrs, Monday to Sunday

It is open to any interested party to make representations about the likely effect of the application on the promotion of the licensing objectives. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Section at the office or email address above and be received by the Merton’s Licensing Section within a period of 28 days starting the day after the date shown below.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
