Notice is hereby given that Scorpion Lounge Ltd has applied on this day 10th September 2025 to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the Variation of a Premises Licence to permit: The Retail Sale of Alcohol on and off Live and Recorded Music -

Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 until 00:30

Friday to Saturday from 10:00 until 02:30

Late Night Refreshment -

Sunday to Thursday from 23:00 until 00:30

Friday to Saturday from 23:00 until 02:30.

Open To The Public -

Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 until 01:00

Friday to Saturday from 10:00 until 03:00

for the premises known as Scorpion Café Bar & Lounge situated at 7 Hall Lane, London, E4 8HH. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to:

To be received no later than 8th October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.

www.walthamforest.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
