Notice of Application for a new (or to vary an existing) Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the: Licensing Team, Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6YL (01483 743831 or licensing@woking.gov.uk) Being the relevant Licensing Authority for the grant of, or variation to, a premises licence/club premises certificate as detailed below.

Address of the premises to which the application will apply: Botanical Place, 4 Station Approach, West Byfleet, KT14 6NG
Licensable activities applied for, or description of variation: The premises is that of a retirement village. The license is to cover the restaurant / bar which will be open to both residents and the public. There is also a multi-function room, which can be used for private or community events.
Written representations in respect of the application must be received by the Licensing Authority (as detailed above) by 04.10.2025 being 28 days following the day the application was served on the relevant bodies2. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and carries a maximum fine of £5000.
