What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003:

APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of Star, 2 South Hill Ave, South Harrow, HA2 0NQ for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to extend the sale of alcohol and all other licensable activities on Friday and Saturday evenings until 03:00 (currently 02:00) To remove Good Friday on non-standard timing. All conditions currently permitted by the licence are to remain unchanged. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to, London Borough of Harrow, Licensing Team Harrow Council HubForward Drive, Harrow HA3 8FL or email licensing@harrow.gov.uk by the end of 13 October 2025, specifying the grounds of objection. Note also that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of those objections will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons objecting to the grant of licences must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before a committee of the Council.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
