NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Jaz Walia trading at Roe Green Park - European Christmas Festival has applied to Brent Council for New Premises Licence 29th & 30th November for Live Music 12pm - 7 pm, Performance of Dance 12pm - 7pm. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: ALCOHOL LICENSING, REGULATORY SERVICES, BRENT CIVIC CENTRE, ENGINEERS WAY, WEMBLEY, HA9 0FJ or by visiting the authority's website: www.brent.gov.uk/business/licences/licensing-registers WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE - Date of Submission 28/08/2025 specifying the grounds of opposition. IT IS AN OFFENCE TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION. THE MAXIMUM FINE FOR WHICH A PERSON IS LIABLE ON SUMMARY CONVICTION FOR THE OFFENCE IS £5000.
