What is proposed?
I, Victoria Rogers do hereby give notice that on 17 September 2025 I applied to the Licensing Authority at West Devon Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at Units 1A & 1B Ruby Row, Market Hall & Square, HATHERLEIGH, EX20 3FR
The application is for:
Supply of Alcohol On & Off premises
Monday 10:00-22:30.
Tuesday 08:00-13:00.
Friday 12:00-22:30.
Saturday to Sunday 10:00-22:30.
Closing times will be 30mins after the end times of the supply of alcohol days.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, West Devon Borough Council, Kilworthy House,Drake Road, Tavistock, PL19 0BZ or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk .
Representations must be received NO LATER than 15 October 2025.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
