Mr Nicholas Richard Hendy is applying for a premises licence for Middle Hill Farm, Langford Budville, Wellington TA21 0RS
The proposed licensable activities are as follows: Sale of Alcohol to be consumed on the premises from Friday 14th November 2025. Monday - Friday 12:00 to 22:00 Saturday & Sunday 10:00 to 22:00

Or you can be make an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team to view the application in person, at the council offices at Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton, TA1 1HE, by phoning 0300 123 2224.
Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 21st October 2025, which is 28 days beginning on the day after the application is served on the licensing authority. Representations can be made online on the ‘object to a licensing application’ page on the council website, or by email to somersetwestenquiries@somerset.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 on the standard scale.
