NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Fortnum & Mason PLC has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 11 September 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Fortnum & Mason, Kiosk 3B Canada Place, Canary Wharf, London, E14 for the sale by retail of alcohol (off sales) from 10:00 to 19:00 Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 Saturday and 12:00 to 18:00 Sunday and Bank Holidays, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ or to licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk to be received by no later than 09 October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk
or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
