LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

 Notice is hereby given that Florence de Mare applied to Forest of Dean District Council to vary the current premises at Post, Horwood House, Newnham on Severn, High Street GL14 1AA by -  extending the opening hours to the public on Wednesdays from 6pm to 10:30pm -  altering the terminal hour for the supply of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) on Wednesdays from 6pm to 10:30pm The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below). Representations must be made IN WRITING between 23 September 2025 and 21 October 2025 Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder; public safety; prevention of public nuisance; and protection of children from harm.
