What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

We have an application under section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for grant of a premises Licence by Andrew Reid for the Premises known as Soiree, 56 High Street, Quarry Bank DY5 2AA. We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol: Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 22:00.

The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). An on-line summary of the application can be viewed on www.dudley.gov.uk. Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between: 10/09/2025 and 07/10/2025 to Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services – Licensing, Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
