What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE 

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Lady Bay Inns Limited in respect of premises known as Poppy & Pint located at Pierrepont Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5DX to Rushcliffe Borough Council on 16 September 2025 for the variation of a premises licence. The proposed variation is: 

1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 08:00 to 00:00 on Sundays to Thursdays and from 08:00 to 00:30 on Fridays and Saturdays. 

2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 on Sundays to Thursdays and from 23:00 to 00:30 on Fridays and Saturdays. 

3. To amend the licensable activities. 

4. To amend the conditions of the licence. 

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Rushcliffe Borough Council, Civic Centre, Pavilion Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5FE where the licensing register can be inspected during the authority’s normal opening hours or at www.rushcliffe.gov.uk. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to licensing@rushcliffe.gov.uk no later than 14 October 2025 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
