NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE 

TAKE NOTICE that We Drub Lane WMC have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of club premises certificate in respect of Drub Lane WMC 104 Drub Lane, Gomersal, Cleckheaton BD19 4BU To amend the supply of alcohol times on a Saturday from 12 noon to midnight and on a Sunday from 12 noon until 11pm Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives 

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Office, Flint Street, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 17 October 2025 Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
