Notice is given that an application has been made to the Vale of Glamorgan Council (the Licensing Authority) for a Premises Licence

Name of Applicant: Distinct Development Solutions Limited

Name and Postal address of Premises: 3A Cornerswell Road Penarth Vale of Glamorgan CF64 2UW

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises together with the relevant times:

The Sale by Retail of alcohol for consumption ON and OFF the premises: Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 22:00

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Section, The Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry CF63 4RU between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk by 8 OCTOBER 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
