What is proposed?

NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that we Exchange Events Ltd, applied on 15/09/25 for a new Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Big Top & Foyer, The Clearing Event Space, (adjacent to Regent 13 Car Park), Trafford Centre, Manchester, M17 8WW, under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide:

Provision of regulated entertainment and the sale of alcohol, between the hours of 11.00 to 20.30 Monday to Sundays & Bank Holidays.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH.

Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address.

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10am and 1pm and 2pm to 4pm.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
