LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING LICENSING ACT 2003: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A NEW/VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE
I/We Nine food group limited do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a variation to a Premises Licence at 197 Greenford road, Greenford, UB6 8QY and known as Pizza hut delivery Greenford. The application is to extend hours on licensable activities. Extend Late Night Refreshment from 00:00 to 03:00 (Monday-Sunday) for deliveries only. Premises will be closed to the public at 00:00. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing,W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 15th October 2025 Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the council’s website at: http://www.ealing.gov. uk/licences It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited. Signed (7) Dated (8) Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and protection of children from harm) and must include your full name and residential address.
