What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003, Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence

Select Service Partner Ltd has applied for a Premises Licence for Starbucks Liverpool Lime St Railway Station Liverpool L1 1JD.

For the following licensable activities: The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 07.00 until 23.00 daily.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it through - liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than 15 October 2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
