I Rebecca A.L Higginson give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a premises license certification in respect of 'Dick The Dog', 6 The Arcade Steps, Market Jew Street, Penzance. TR18 2EJ. 

The Application is to 'Arcade Wines' a speciality wine retail outlet for sale of alcohol off the premises. The Opening hours will be Monday - Sunday from 9am - 9pm. 

Any responsible authority or person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council not later than 17th October 2025. 

A Record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday ( except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
