Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence (s17)

Go Local Express, Barcode House, Shaw St, St. Helens, WA10 1EN. I, Ramshia Shafiq, have made the above application to St Helens Licensing Authority for the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol (OFF Sales) Mon-Sun 08.00–23.00. Any person wishing to make representations may do so in writing by visiting: https://publicaccess.sthelens.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=simple&searchType=LicencingApplication no later than 08.10.25 and must include name, address and contact details. It is an offence under (s)158 of the licensing act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
