Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that We Hotel Chocolat Retail Limited have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as: Hotel Chocolat, 7 Stricklandgate, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 4NB. The proposed licensable activities are: The Sale of Alcohol both ON and OFF the Premises between the following hours Monday to Sunday 08.00am until 21.00pm.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 10th October 2025 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Westmorland & Furness Council office at the address given above between 10:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website – www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
