What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that Wild Rumpus CIC have applied to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Tatton Park Gardens, Tatton Park, Knutsford WA16 6QN for a Premises Licence to provide the following licensable activities: Time Limited from the 14/11/2025 to the 24/12/2025. Live Music Outdoors, Anything Similar to Live Music & Recorded Music or Performance of Dance, Supply of Alcohol on the Premises. Saturday and Sunday 15.00 to 22.00 Each Day and to also include Monday 22/12/2025 & Tuesday 23/12/2025 15.00 to 22.00 both days.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 06/10/2025. Licensing Team Cheshire East Council, Regulatory Services and Health, C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL Or by e-mail to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
