What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE PREMISES:

Gillingham AMT, Gillingham Railway Station, Railway Street,Gillingham, Kent, ME7 1XE

Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has applied to Medway Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activity is: The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 08.00 until 23.00 daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to Licensing Team, Gravesham Borough Council, Civic Centre,Windmill Street, Gravesend,Kent DA12 1AU. Email: licensing@gravesham.gov.uk Representations must be received by 14 October 2025.

The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.gravesham.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application,the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
