What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given We: The Invisible Chefs
International Limited have made an application
under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act
2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the
premises known as: Nesso, Unit 2, 42 Merrion
Street, Leeds, LS2 8JG. I intend to conduct on
or from the premises the following licensable
activities: Sale By Retail of Alcohol Everyday
10:00 – 23:00. Regulated Entertainment
Everyday 10:00 – 23:00. Performance of
Recorded Music Everyday 07:00 – 23:00.
Responsible authorities of any other person may
make written representations to Leeds City
Council about this application until 13/10/2025
