LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied to Erewash Borough Council in respect of White Lion, 352 Tamworth Road, Sawley, Long Eaton, Nottingham, NG10 3AT for a variation to the premises licence under the LicensingAct 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 1505/L1).

The change consists of updating the plan which reflects some amendments to the external area and brewery building use, to allow for use of this space for live entertainment, beer festivals, quizzes, sporting events and other events of a similar nature. There are some operational conditions that the applicant seeks to remove/amend from Annex 2. All operating hours, licensable activities and remaining conditions authorised by the premises licence are to remain unchanged.
