LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Yate Pizza Ltd has applied to South Gloucestershire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Domino’s Pizza, 32-34C West Walk, Yate, BS37 4AX.

The application is for the provision of late-night refreshment indoors (home delivery and collection) from 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday. The premises will be open to the public 24 hours a day.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to: Licensing Service, South Gloucestershire Council, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN or by email to licensing@southglos.gov.uk no later than 17 October 2025.

A copy of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
