Notice of Application for A New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by O’Donnell Moonshine Ltd in respect of O'Donnell Moonshine, Promotional Site 19, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Grays, Essex, RM20 2ZP for a new premises licence.

Retail sale of alcohol for offsite consumption during the hours of Monday to Friday 10:00–21:00, Saturday 09:00–21:00 and Sunday 11:00–17:00. Small free samples will also be provided to try before purchase.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 6th of October 2025, stating the grounds for the representations.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
